Phone Systems

A phone system is when multiple telephones are used in an interconnected fashion that allows for advanced telephony features such as call handling, transferring calls, conference calling, call metering and accounting, private and shared voice message boxes, and so on. A telephone system can range from just a few telephones in a home eg 2 or small business up to a complex private branch exchange (PBX) system used by mid-sized and large businesses. Phone systems can function over the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), over the Internet (Internet telephony or VoIP), or over a combination of the two.

What are the main service you offer ?

The main services we offer are Telecommunications and Datacomms systems. We supply, install and programme PBX telephone systems for small, medium and large businesses, from any amount, from a size of 1 to 100 people. I also install the cabling network infrastructure (Cat5e /Cat6) to link all the tele / data comms (iT PC?s) within an office. Say for example, you need to install a telephone system for ten people, first you will talk to your client about their specification requirements. You then have to organise and order the specific Eircom lines. These may consist of PSTN, ISDN, ADSL or VOIP lines. When the Eircom lines are installed and tested you programme them to the PBX phone system along with installing the ten phone sets, one for each person
